Head Veterinary Nurse - Southampton, Hampshire

Are you an experienced veterinary nurse with a passion for leading and developing a team? I am working with an Independent Practice who are on the lookout for a Head Veterinary Nurse to lead a dynamic and friendly nursing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established practice and contribute to consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service.

About the Role

As our new Head Nurse, you’ll be leading a talented group of nurses, working closely with our veterinary surgeons, and playing a key role in shaping the quality of care we provide. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, thrive on a varied caseload, and take pride in delivering the highest standards of clinical excellence.

A practice that are passionate about professional development and are looking for someone who wants to take full advantage of the outstanding learning opportunities. You’ll work 4 days a week with 1 in 4 weekends and participate in duty nights on a rota basis.
