The Role
- Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Hours: 4-day workweek with a fantastic work-life balance:
- One 9-hour weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every 5 weeks.
- One bank holiday shift per year.
- No on-call, thanks to dedicated night service.
- Weekly Hours: 38.1 hours (inclusive of weekend/BH shifts).
- Development: Full support for certificate study and clinical growth.
