Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager to lead a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic in Hertfordshire.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management abilities, along with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both clients and clinical teams.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with veterinary management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of veterinary regulations and industry best practices

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Lead and mentor both clinical and administrative teams
  • Uphold high standards of client and patient care
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff scheduling and training programs
