Salary up to £75,000 DOE
Welcome Bonus up to £10,000

Are you looking to join an established practice with an excellent support network? This could be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced Clinical Director, a friendly team of RVNs (one with an Emergency and Critical Care certificate), a Practice Manager (with a certificate in Feline Nursing), and a brilliant reception team. They take pride in their communication, and recent surveys scored them highly for job satisfaction, communication, and the support available to work towards professional goals. There will be occasional sole charge as the veterinary team continues to grow.
The caseload is broad and varied for a first-opinion practice, with opportunities to develop surgical skills, including orthopaedic procedures for less complex fracture repairs.
Work-life balance that works for you
They prioritise flexibility, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle, whether full-time or part-time. The full-time position typically involves 40 hours per week over 4 days, with a 1:4 Saturday morning rota (9:00am-13:00pm). Part-time applicants are also welcome, with options for 1-3 days per week. There is no OOH requirement.
