Global Veterinary Careers is currently supporting a full-service hospital and seeking a full-time Regional Manager to spearhead a small team and group of hospitals. As the Regional Manager, you will get the full support and freedom to run practices of high-quality medicine alongside dedicated time to design/implement strategy and identify growth opportunities, evolving the hospitals to the next exciting period of growth.

The Role

 

Full-Time Regional Manager role including:

 

• You are responsible for overseeing each individual practice manager and leading the hospitals across various deliveries
• Financial responsibility  
• Work closely with Senior Management for growth and strategy decisions
• Working directly with the practice managers on the operations at the hospital, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing, employee training, and human resources.
• Full support provided from the clinical and non-clinical management team
• Wellness and preventative care to a high standard
• Some hospital travel weekly is required

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

 

• DVM/VMD degree or equivalent from an AVMA accredited university
• NAVLE
• ECFVG or PAVE if attended non-AVMA accredited university
• DEA, State, and USDA licenses (can be acquired when hired)
• Proficient general medicine, dental, and surgical experience
