Are you an experienced and passionate veterinary nurse looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Our client is currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team and oversee the nursing teams across three dynamic practices in Hertfordshire.
About the Location and Practice:
This established group of small animal practices is based in Hertfordshire, covering three sites: St Albans, Potters Bar, and Berkhamsted. The St Albans hospital is a large, busy facility, while Potters Bar is a mid-sized practice, and Berkhamsted offers a smaller, more intimate environment with a particular focus on exotics. Each location provides a varied and interesting caseload, ranging from routine surgeries to orthopaedic procedures, dentistry, and a wide variety of medical cases.

The team is comprised of experienced veterinary professionals who provide excellent care for their patients. The clinical team offers a diverse range of expertise, and the practices foster a collaborative environment where staff can continue to grow and develop their skills. As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the nursing teams, ensuring clinical excellence and a culture of continuous improvement across all three sites.
Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from £38,000, depending on skills and experience
- Hours: 42 hours per week

To be Considered:
- MRCVS
- Experience as a line manager (1 year)
- Minimum 2/3 Years UK Practice experience
- Up to date CPD
- Great team player
